Sabbaticals - Wednesday, August 26, 2009 7:47 AM Hey there, sorry I haven't posted for such a bloody long time, I just didn't have the time or mood to do it. Lots of stuff happened so far, so I guess I'll just talk about my sabbat. At first I thought I was doing CWO cos I didn't do any bidding, but then I went to my MSP teach and she let me into this thing which involves eating lots of food :) At first I thought it would all be about one thing: FOOD :D! But then it turns out we were supposed to fast first, as in the muslim fast, and then cook our own stuff and then eat it. Kind of like home ec in HCI. First we made some like, banana buns? I think they were called jemput pisang or something. I thinking of saving some for the guys in my class, and using one for bicheoing philmann, hehe. But, yeah, I got hungry, as usual D< Then we went and did some CIP for a mosque, which brings my total to about 15 hours (only). Nigel has like, 30 plus I think :O. And I totally can't believe this, but they actually let us go see 'The Proposal' when we had some free time. It was a really sick show, but hell it was funny! I was sitting next to this other guy, and we were going to hit on these two girls randomly, but I had to go to the toilet, so too bad lor. God, but my sab is full of malaysian scholars lor. I hung out most often with that guy, Raymond from 1i2, and an ex-nhuarian. We were the only i-spark/ortus pupils there. The rest were from Aphelion or ugh, Pro-ed. And did I mention that I only had to go to school at 12.50pm today? Talk about UT3 spam the whole morning :D I bound myself in my own chains, but now I guess I'm a free man. Just can't seem to cut those damn strings... |
