Good morning ladies and gentlemen, I am here today to present to you that the idea and the decision of re-employing aged workers like myself is a good one. For many years, we have worked through sweat and tears all for the sake of our employer. However, our loyalties have only been rewarded with unemployment. I believe that workers young and old can work side by side during the time of this economic crisis. Even though the Manpower Ministry has most likely re-ployed us just in an attempt to pull up the economy, I promise you, ladies and gentlemen, that we will do that and much more.Please, give us a chance to work for you again, so we can earn our keep in this lion city. Even though a few adjustments have to be made in the work place to make it more age friendly, such inconvenience will be nothing compared to the benefits you will be reaping from the employment of experienced, skilled workers. Make the right choice and employ us. Thank you.
